Exchange & Return Policy
At SAGE Leather, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth exchange process.
You may exchange products within 15 days of delivery at any of our stores or by contacting our Customer Care team. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Exchanges are available if:
You received the wrong product.
The product is defective or damaged.
You need a different size (subject to availability).
Please note: Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange or refund. Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen settings are also not valid reasons for exchange.
Refund Policy
SAGE Leather follows a ‘No Refund’ policy. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as if the ordered product is out of stock. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
