Definition of a Defective Product
A defective product is one with a manufacturing or design flaw that prevents it from functioning or being worn as intended.
Examples of Defective Products
Faulty stitching due to manufacturing error.
A structural flaw in design.
A product that was incorrectly assembled.
Not Considered Defective
Some issues are not covered under our Claims Policy as they fall under normal wear and tear or misuse, including:
Worn stitching, soles, or frayed material from regular use.
Broken or damaged laces or lace holders due to wear.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or long-term storage.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe you’ve received a defective product:
Contact our Customer Care team immediately.
Share images of the defective product for evaluation.
Our review team will assess the claim and determine whether it qualifies as defective.
If your claim is approved, we will exchange the product for the same item (if available) or offer an alternative solution.
