Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SAGE Leather, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange process with the following conditions:

Exchange Guidelines

  • Products may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery at any of our retail stores.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with the price tag attached and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Exchanges are only possible in cases where:

    • The product delivered is defective.

    • The wrong product was delivered.

    • The size purchased does not fit.

  • Please note: Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to differences in screens/monitors and photography lighting. Such differences are not valid grounds for exchange.

Process for Exchange

To request an exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Care team by DM/message on our social channels.

  • Share images of the defective/wrong item at 📞 +92 322 7177738-40.

Refunds

  • We have a No Refund Policy. Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases (e.g., item is out of stock).

  • Refunds, if approved, are processed to the same account used for payment.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled anytime before processing.

  • Once the order has been shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

Important Notes

  • SAGE Leather reserves the right to cancel any order (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors).

  • Returned products must be new, unused, and undamaged, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Items returned in less-than-perfect condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

  • Exchange requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear after opening, or tampering are not eligible for exchange.

  • While trying on shoes, please use a carpeted surface to protect the soles and keep all security tags attached.

  • Missing components (tags, packaging, freebies, or accessories) will make the item ineligible for exchange.
