Once your order is dispatched, you can track it in real time using your tracking ID via our Order Status Page.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS from our Customer Service team.
If your order remains unverified, it will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (for Cash on Delivery orders only).
Once confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Standard delivery time is 4–5 working days nationwide.
