• Delivery Time:
  • Within major cities: 3–5 working days.
  • Remote areas/villages: 5–7 working days.
• Shipping Charges: Standard delivery charges apply and will be shown at checkout. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery during promotions.
• Couriers Used: We currently use Leopards Courier, TCS, and Call Courier.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking details.

We ship through Leopards Courier, TCS, and Call Courier depending on location.

4. How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email to track your order.

5. What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. If your order is delayed, contact our Customer Care team.

6. Are there delivery charges?
Yes, standard delivery charges apply (shown at checkout). Free delivery may be available during promotions.

Exchange & Return Policy

At SAGE Leather, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth exchange process.

You may exchange products within 15 days of delivery at any of our stores or by contacting our Customer Care team. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Exchanges are available if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product is defective or damaged.
• You need a different size (subject to availability).

Please note: Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange or refund. Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen settings are also not valid reasons for exchange.

Refund Policy

SAGE Leather follows a ‘No Refund’ policy. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as if the ordered product is out of stock. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
